Getting Started with Storage

When can I move in?

You can move in anytime during regular access hours as long as the storage unit size you need is available.

What documentation is required to rent a storage unit?

A government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport, is required. Renters must be at least 18 years old.

How do I know what size storage unit I need?

Our online storage size guide is a great starting point. You can also contact our office, and our team will be glad to recommend the right size for your belongings.

Do I have to sign a long-term lease?

No, rentals are set up month-to-month for your flexibility. If you’re interested in prepaying for a longer term, ask about available specials.


Payments and Policies

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash, checks, and money orders are also welcome.

How do I make payments?

Payments can be made online, by mail, or in person at our office. Many customers also choose the convenience of automatic monthly payments.

How much notice is needed before moving out?

We ask for a minimum of 10 days’ notice prior to your move-out date. All rentals are month-to-month.

Are there items I cannot store?

Yes, hazardous materials such as flammables, explosives, toxic substances, perishables, and liquids are prohibited. Please check with our staff if you’re unsure about a specific item.


Facility Features and Access

Will someone need to let me in?

No, when you rent your storage unit, you’ll receive your unique access code, allowing you to enter during standard access hours.

Can just anyone enter the storage facility?

No, only current tenants with an active access code are able to enter. Visitors or non-tenants are not permitted inside.

Is the facility monitored for security?

Yes, our property is equipped with security features to help protect your belongings. Only authorized tenants can access the facility, and we take steps to maintain a safe environment for all customers.
