I went in to get prices and look at two units to decided which one I would need and for prices. I had planned on ... I went in to get prices and look at two units to decided which one I would need and for prices. I had planned on checking u-haul as well; however, Jessica was very nice and made me feel comfortable, she was very knowledgeable and attentive. Her customer services skills and her cheerful personality prompted me to just go with it. He customer service is what reeled me in and eventually caught me. She is fantastic professional but very casual as well. I felt as if I had known her for years. Thank you Jessica for helping me with the decision I needed to make. You made this journey much more pleasurable.

Well I went in to look at the units but had planned on checking prices elsewhere to compare; the plan immediately changed when Jessica gave ... Well I went in to look at the units but had planned on checking prices elsewhere to compare; the plan immediately changed when Jessica gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a long long time. She was very nice, thorough, professional, but comfortable enough, so I didn’t feel like I was at a business event. Before we even got back to the office area. I said Jessica. I’m not gonna come back. Go ahead and let’s get my storage unit and I let her know the only thing that changed my mind to not bother to go look anywhere else was her attitude, her great customer service great people, person, personality. She is fantastic. And the prices are good so you can’t beat that.
